Our booking fees are as follows:
– Property owners can list their properties for free or with a paid subscription:
– Free listings have contact details hidden and are marked with a ‘$’ symbol. 
Guests can request booking and check availability using our free booking form, or subscribe to reveal the owner’s contact info and book directly.
– Paid listings benefit browsers by revealing the owner’s contact details at no cost. These free-to-view listings are marked with a “Free” ribbon. 
– Once you subscribe to reveal contact details, ‘Subscribed’ will appear on the ribbon of all listings, based on your subscription status.
Guests can easily see if an apartment’s contact details are free or require a subscription via the $ or FREE ribbon markers.
Our VIP search service:
Our VIP search service is designed to make the process easier for VIP customers who may not have the time or resources to search for available options themselves. By providing us with your specific criteria, such as location, amenities, and budget, we can search for and suggest available accommodations that meet your needs.
Fee: 10% of the deal.
In order to compensate us for this service, we require a small deposit which will serve as reimbursment for our effort, in case you change your travel plans or don’t book any of the suggested accommodations. This way, customers can trust our expertise and save time and effort by letting us handle the search process.
Our fees on submitting claims are as follows:
- No win no fee.
- A minimum fee of £50 applies to all claims.
- For the first £1,000 of the claim value, we charge a 20% commission.
- For any portion of the claim value exceeding £1,000, we charge a 15% commission.
- Once a claim is submitted to us, any compensation received will be considered our win and will be charged accordingly per the fee schedule above.
- If legal action or Alternative Dispute Resolution becomes necessary, our firm shall be entitled to compensation of 20% of the total amount recovered, plus reimbursement for all court costs, legal fees, and litigation expenses incurred during the course of representation, where applicable. We will undertake all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your interests in the matter. Our goal is an efficient resolution that maximizes your recovery while minimizing costs and fees. However, in the event formal proceedings prove unavoidable, rest assured our attorneys have the expertise and tenacity needed to advocate aggressively on your behalf.
