Your rights;
If your flight was cancelled or delayed, or you were denied boarding, you may be entitled to compensation under under Israeli law of up to 3,340₪. This compensation is not dependent on the airline’s policy and may apply even if the airline claims that the delay or cancellation was due to circumstances beyond their control. To claim this compensation, you can contact the airline directly or do the claim through us.
Israel law
For flights over 4,500 km, United States, etc. The compensation is ₪3,460 and a substitute ticket lowers it to ₪1,730 if the delay doesn’t exceed four hours.
For flights between 2,000 km and 4,500 km, U.k. Belguim, France, Ukrain etc. The compensation is ₪2,310 and a substitute ticket reduces it to ₪1,155 if the delay doesn’t exceed three hours.
For flights up to 2,000 km, Cyprus etc. The compensation is ₪1,440, while a substitute ticket lowers the compensation to ₪720 (as of 2024), provided the delay doesn’t exceed two hours.
