A single-story private house, although simple and old-fashioned, has a large yard with parking, and in the backyard there are: besides sofas and a swing, a basketball and a ping-pong table. The house has a living room (with air conditioning) and 3 bedrooms (2 of them with air conditioning, a children’s play area), with 1 of them being a relatively small passage room (there are 5 beds in the rooms, some of which open out, for a total of 9). The kitchen is fully equipped, and a coffee table. At the entrance to the house there is a closed pergola at the entrance. The house is located in the center of Kiryat Shmona on one hand, and on the other hand on a quiet street (David Shimoni 18.a), at the beginning of which is the Kurdish spring (Ein Zahav). An outdoor laundry room where you can do laundry.
